Terms of service

These terms are between Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, Istanbul, Türkiye (“Techsy”, “we”), the seller, and the business that subscribes to Portline (“you”). The person who places the order confirms they can agree to them for that business.

You subscribe one workspace to a tier or an industry pack, plus any add-on modules. The plan decides which areas open and how many seats and sites you get. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Your first purchase starts with a 10% deposit and a 1-month trial. Each customer gets one trial; a later purchase is charged on the day you order.

At checkout you add a payment method, give your consent, and pay a 10% deposit. That deposit opens the trial month. You authorise us to charge the rest of the first year when the month ends. That charge starts the 12-month term. The deposit is not refunded.

You can cancel the trial at any time before it ends. Cancelling the trial stops the rest of the charge. The 10% deposit is not refunded. You keep access until the trial month ends, then the plan stops. During the trial, AI features are limited to 400 AI credits in total.

After the trial, every subscription is a 12-month minimum term, billed annually in advance. Prices are shown per month, but the full year is charged when the trial ends (or when you order, if you have already used your trial) and on each renewal date. There is no month-to-month option.

The term renews automatically for another 12 months unless renewal is cancelled before the renewal date.

The workspace owner can cancel renewal at any time in Settings → Plan & billing. Cancelling stops the next annual charge. The plan stays active until the end of the current term, then ends.

Once the trial has ended, payments are not refunded or credited, including if you cancel renewal early, stop using Portline, or use fewer seats, sites or modules than you bought. The details are in the Cancellation & refund policy.

You can change tier, pack or add-ons during a term. A change starts a new 12-month term from the day of the change, billed for the new plan. In this build the remaining part of the old term is not prorated or refunded.

At checkout you tick a box confirming you agree to these terms and the refund policy and, with a trial, authorising the deposit and the charge when the month ends. We store that consent with the order: when it was given, its exact wording and which version of these terms it applied to.

Portline hasn’t launched. The store runs in test mode and no card is charged in this local build. Connectors to outside systems are mocks.
