Cancellation & refund policy

The seller is Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, Istanbul, Türkiye (“Techsy”, “we”).

• Your first purchase starts with a 10% deposit and a 1-month trial, one per customer. Cancelling the trial stops the rest of the charge. The 10% deposit is not refunded. You keep access until the trial month ends, then the plan stops.
• After the trial, every plan is a 12-month minimum term, billed annually in advance.
• It renews for another 12 months unless renewal is cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel renewal at any time. The plan stays active until the term ends.
• Once the trial has ended, payments are not refunded or credited.

You pay a 10% deposit at checkout. The rest of the first annual charge is taken when the trial month ends; the 12-month term starts then. Each customer gets one trial.

To cancel the trial, the workspace owner opens Settings → Plan & billing and chooses Cancel trial. Cancelling the trial stops the rest of the charge. The 10% deposit is not refunded. You keep access until the trial month ends, then the plan stops. If your bank doesn’t support recurring charges, the authorisation is held on the card and released when you cancel. During the trial, AI features are limited to 400 AI credits in total.

The workspace owner opens Settings → Plan & billing and chooses Cancel renewal. Cancelling renewal stops the next annual charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the current term. Nothing already paid is refunded.

After the trial, we don’t refund or credit any part of a payment, including when you cancel renewal early in a term, stop using Portline, remove seats or modules, or don’t use the AI runs your plan includes.

A change of tier, pack or add-ons starts a new 12-month term from the day of the change. In this build the old term is not prorated or refunded.

If renewal is on, the next year is charged on the renewal date. If you cancelled renewal, the plan ends on that date.

The store runs in test mode and no card is charged in this local build. See also the Terms of service.
